I’ve just wrapped up my last present and I’m feeling super super festive. Dimmed lights, cosy slippers, warm blankets, candles and hot chocolate. Arthur Christmas is on the tele and it got me thinking about what I would put on my Christmas list. Mr M and I don’t do Christmas presents but I know I am very difficult to buy for. I thought I’d put together my top 10 list to Santa that might also help some people who are struggling with buying gifts for their family/friends this festive season!
I’ve always been a little obsessed with Moomins and when Mr M took me to the Moomin Store in Covent Garden I squealed. I saw this little mirror on ASOS a couple of weeks ago and it instantaneously sold out. I’m in love. You can buy it for the bargain price of £6.99 on Amazon 💙
Silke Hair Wrap
I mentioned this in my October Lust List and never got round to buying one but still would absolutely love to have one! Especially as Mr M is now constantly complaining about my hair tickling his face in the night. 🙊
Brush cleaning mat & cleanser
So a couple of months back I bought myself some snazzy Spectrum Marbellous brushes that now probably (most definitely) need a clean. I’ve found this snazzy brush mat for a bargain £6.99 that will do the job just nicely teamed with some Real Techniques cleansing gel coming in at £4.54!
So, my hairdryer is on its last legs. It’s failing to dry and it’s making a funny noise (Ruh roh!) I’ve heard lots about the Dyson hairdryer and would love to own one. It has a hefty pricetag but I’ve found that Dyson products are always robust and built to last so definitely an investment piece.
You can buy me…absolutely *anything* from Neom. I love all of their products 💙
If you’ve not tried a Woodwick candle… you really need to. They last for ages, the crackling sound is so soothing and relaxing and the scents are beautiful.
Monica Vinader ‘Riva’
Monica Vinader jewellery is stunning, simple and affordable. I’m absolutely in love with these two rose gold Riva pieces. A piece of Monica Vinader is sure to put a smile on any lady’s face this Christmas!
I’ve always swooned over vintage suitcases. There’s something about the design that transports me to imagine the 1920s, the art deco movements, steam trains and going on adventures. I came across these beauties from Steamline Luggage when searching for some luxury travel items. Gobsmacked at how insanely beautiful they are I instantly added the Starlet collection to my list. They come with a luxury price tag but to get to pretend I’m in Harry Potter when I go on adventures… totally worth it!
Jimmy Choo Velvet Shoes
I can’t stop looking at these. I need them in my life so so so bad but I can’t find them anywhere. So Santa if you’re reading, these in a size 7 under the Christmas tree wouldn’t go a miss…!
Lots of you will know about my obsession with bees. Head over to instagram and count how many pictures of bees you find! I could bang on all day about how wonderful and intelligent I think they are but I will spare you from that now. I’ve wanted to keep bees for a while and the Honeyflow beehive is the perfect answer for urban beekeeping! Fingers crossed I’ll be able to start beekeeping next season! 🐝
So there we have it, my Christmas list! Have you written a Christmas wish list? What did you include? Tweet me @xxmissbirdyxx and join in the conversation.
